Luke decided to take me on a day trip to Chicago. While there, he showed me around the places that had a special meaning to him or some personal story. Our last destination was Shedd’s Aquarium, which was a place he would go to when he felt lonely. Before I knew it, he was down on one knee saying, “I want to change the way I remember this place. I don’t want to feel lonely anymore. DeAnza will you please marry me?”
