Give us the proposal details! When? Where? How?
He proposed April 21, 2018, the day after my last nursing school clinical. He planned a road trip to LA as an early birthday trip for himself and to watch the Dodgers that afternoon. Before the game, we decided to go to Santa Monica Pier to meet up with friends and to grab some lunch. As we were walking up and down the pier, he asked if we could take a picture in front of the Ferris Wheel. As our friends took our picture, he got down on one knee and proposed. After the initial shock I, of course, said, “Yes!” I looked toward my friends and saw that my parents had made the trip down to Santa Monica and witnessed the entire thing! My fiance had planned everything perfectly!
What has been your favorite experience planning the wedding?
Finding the right vendors who fit our vision and personality perfectly.
How do you stay sane under the pressures of wedding planning?
Lots and lots of wine!
