Give us the proposal details! When? Where? How?
Six years into our relationship, during my 26th birthday, he popped the question in Coron, Palawan. Of course, it was a, “Yes!” But, he knew that I possibly had an idea about the proposal. The day after my birthday in Calauit Safari Park, while I was busy setting up the camera, he held a board in front of the crown (and giraffes, too!) saying “I want to greet you a Happy birthday, and ask you again, Will you marry me?” he then flipped the board.
I laughed and cried at the same time as I really did not expect this to happen again! His idea was “in case I got to know earlier about his proposal, the second time around would be a surprise and really did not expect to happen!” I said, “Yes!” not once, but twice!
What has been your favorite experience planning the wedding?
The engagement shoot!
How do you stay sane under the pressures of wedding planning?
We always look back on the reason why we want to get married, everything else follows.
