How did the two of you meet?
We met at a mutual’s friend’s birthday party.
Give us the proposal details! When? Where? How?
July 2016 in Gananoque, Ontario, Canada. We went hiking together (something we both love to do) and we came across a wishing tree. We each took our turn standing under the tree and making a wish. After we both made our wishes, Chris told me his wish was that we would be together forever and I told him mine coincidentally was the same. He proposed right then and there. I said yes!
What has been your favorite experience planning the wedding?
So far it has been getting to choose the colors for the wedding and make all of the favors for the guests!
How do you stay sane under the pressures of wedding planning?
I made a schedule of all the tasks that needed to be accomplished and tackle, week by week.
What is your favorite part of using Joy for your wedding?
The best part was inputting the tidbits. My fiance and I each took turns filling them out!
What piece of advice would you give couples to ensure that they use Joy to its fullest potential?
