What has been your favorite experience planning the wedding?
Other than cake and food tasting, our favorite part of wedding planning has been seeing everything come together! It’s almost been a year, and with the help of Joy (and our fabulous wedding planner!) the planning experience has been fun without turning into a chore.

How do you stay sane under the pressures of wedding planning?
Honestly, we haven’t really felt the pressure yet! We just sent out our save-the-dates with our Joy website printed on them and we’ve already had guests sign on, interact with the site, RSVP, and even make travel arrangements! It’s fun to see the list grow even before the new year has arrived. It really makes us feel like we’re on top of the planning process!

What is your favorite part of using Joy for your wedding?
The social aspect of bringing everyone together through our website, before the actual wedding day.

What piece of advice would you give couples to ensure that they use Joy to its fullest potential?
Set aside time to work on the website together and give yourself plenty of time to work on it! Make it fun and have family help you. Both of our moms have the sign on password to help us edit and fill in information!

At Joy we believe that even though a wedding lasts a day, joy lasts forever. What does that mean to you?
I love how all of our planning comes down to what is the kick-off celebration of our new life together as husband and wife. The memories will last forever!
