Give us the proposal details! When? Where? How?
On our third anniversary, Hunter took me to breakfast at the same place where we had our first date. After breakfast, he took me to the park where we had our second date. We took a long walk around the park when he unexpectedly dropped to one knee and popped the question! He was so nervous, but it was so perfect!

What has been your favorite experience planning the wedding?
I have absolutely adored almost all aspects of wedding planning. I loved dress shopping and dreaming up decor and wedding colors. Mostly, I loved “proposing” to my bridesmaids and getting to share the experience with them!
How do you stay sane under the pressures of wedding planning?
We scheduled the wedding over a year after our engagement, so we’d have plenty of time. When I get overwhelmed, or the pressure is just too much, I allow myself to take a step back and spend a week or two not thinking about ANYTHING wedding related.

What is your favorite part of using Joy for your wedding?
I love how easy it is to customize. Also, I love how it guides you through the creation process since I wouldn’t know what to put on our website without it!
What piece of advice would you give couples to ensure that they use Joy to its fullest potential?
Fill in every page and upload a lot of pictures!
