How did the two of you meet?
We met at the Canadian Glass Awards, we were introduced to each other by my daughter.
How long have you been together?
We’ve been together for 15 months!

Give us the proposal details! When? Where? How?
Carlton proposed at the end of May 2017, at our condo. We were about to travel for a week and just before we left he told me he had something for me and got on his knee and asked me to be his wife. It was cute and of course I said yes!
What has been your favorite experience planning the wedding?
I have a few favorites, finding my dress, us going to pick our venue and just the process of putting it all together.

How do you stay sane under the pressures of wedding planning?
We have a great big family that helps to keep me sane!

What piece of advice would you give couples to ensure that they use Joy to its fullest potential?
I already passed it along to my daughter who will be married soon! I would suggest starting early.
