Give us the proposal details! When? Where? How?
After three months of planning, I took Ella on a trip to London to meet up with friends Charlotte and Dave. What she didn’t know was that meeting up with friends was a front for the real surprise. I had arranged a nights stay in her favorite place in the world, The Natural History Museum, where we slept under the blue whale in the Hintze Hall. We enjoyed ugly animal themed comedy, gin and insect tasting (done separately!) and designed a dinosaur based on living animal abilities. It was 11:45pm when I proposed at the top of the grand staircase next to the statue of Darwin, where I pretended to take a photo but actually recorded the whole thing. It went so perfectly and I don’t think Ella could have asked for anything more!
What has been your favorite experience planning the wedding?
So far, finding our perfect venue. We are so happy with it!
How do you stay sane under the pressures of wedding planning?
Nathan often has to tell Ella to take breaks from planning and chill.
