Give us the proposal details! When? Where? How?
Rey proposed on June 9th, 2017 in Mykonos, Greece. We were on vacation traveling to different parts of Europe. It was our first full day in Mykonos and we had been exploring all day. As we both made it to a dinner we had been looking forward to, Rey had set-up a proposal with the restaurant that was beautiful and so memorable. It was all so perfect!
What has been your favorite experience planning the wedding?
We’re having a destination wedding, so we recently made a trip to México to check out venues and pick “the one”. Checking out different locations and agreeing on which one would be ideal has been the best so far.
How do you stay sane under the pressures of wedding planning?
I’ve been planning ahead and taking breaks in between. Hiring a wedding planner and coordinator was also a great idea! (And one I’m sure I’ll be thankful for!)
What is your favorite part of using Joy for your wedding?
Planning a destination wedding isn’t easy and I wanted to offer our guests a site that would include all details to our event (travel, accommodations, schedule etc). Joy has a great template that is easy to use and I’m sure will be easy for our guests to follow.
