How did the two of you meet?
We met at the beach during a Memorial Day weekend gathering with friends. He invited himself along to get ice cream with me and a friend. He bought my ice-cream but not my friends, so I figured he liked me. I later found him on Facebook and messaged him my phone number. He texted me,”Hey Hun” I was instantly hooked!
Give us the proposal details! When? Where? How?
He re-enacted a few of our first dates and then took me to his great grandfathers swing. When I was getting up to leave I turned around to ask why he was taking so long and he was down on one knee! I cried during his whole speech about why he loved and wanted to marry me, he had to ask if that was a yes!
What has been your favorite experience planning the wedding?
Working on it together! I would say planning and taste testing the food and cake.
How do you stay sane under the pressures of wedding planning?
I have to take breaks. I also have to bounce around between tasks and look at funny memes regarding weddings and animals. It is also important to ask Jared and our family and friends for opinions on certain topics!
