Jefferson Tower Events
Located in the heart of Oak Cliff on the eighth floor, Jefferson Tower Events has tons of Art Deco details and history. Large windows offer picturesque views of downtown Dallas and an abundance of natural light that really brightens up the space, making it feel vast and open. Jefferson Tower Events offers a wide array of services such as event planning, in-house catering, floral design, a prep kitchen, parking, furniture rentals and styling making it the perfect one-stop-shop venue!
Capacity: Up to 175 guests
Typical cost: $1,500-$2,500 (Prices vary depending on the day of the week the event is on)
Bonus: Jefferson Tower Events also offer both separate His and Her lounges, which are a perfect spot for your wedding parties to relax before or after the event!

Frankford Church
Frankford Church is tucked away in historical North Dallas and is part of the Frankford Preservation Foundation. Built in the late 19th century, this idyllic little white church is full of so much historic charm. Wood-planked walls, pendant lighting, and Mahogany pews give the space a warm cozy feeling, while the arched windows provide natural light and view of the beautiful surrounding prairie.
Capacity: 50-150 guests
Typical cost: $2,500 plus small parking fees
Bonus: Just because this charming church is historic doesn’t mean it can’t have some present day amenities! Central A/C and Heat will keep your guests comfortable no matter the season.

House of DIRT
Want a intimate venue that offer both indoor and outdoor spaces? House of DIRT might be just the spot for you! Created and owned by the owners of DIRT flowers (a local floral business), House of DIRT offers a cozy indoor space paired with a stunning outdoor park. This venue offers its own interpretation of ‘rustic’ by using different types of industrial materials alongside natural objects, giving it a very funky, cozy, boho feel. Several services that are available to your use are a commercial kitchen, floral decor (obviously!), photography, and an Event Director. House of DIRT also has a list of vendors that they would love to pair you up with, including a DJ, Bakers, Brewers, and caterers.
Capacity: 26-100 guests
Typical cost: Hourly Rental rates for 2019 start at $318/hr (prices vary depending on the season, so be sure to check their full pricing guide!)
Bonus: House of DIRT has several different spaces available for use within the venue, and your rental fee will cover use of the ENTIRE venue!

Alexander Mansion
Thinking of having your wedding in a dignified mansion? The Alexander Mansion might be for you! This historic mansion is also home to the Dallas Women’s Forum and was created to educate and empower women and children through advocacy and education. It’s likewise one of the few remaining architecturally authentic buildings in Dallas. Built in 1904, this stately mansion has a lot of English-inspired design and neoclassical prestige. Both bride’s and groom’s suites are available for your wedding party crew to relax and get ready before they day’s festivities!
Capacity: Up to 175 guests
Typical Cost: Starting at $3,500 for 4 hours, and $125 for each additional hour beyond that.
Bonus: On-site security can also be acquired for additional an additional hourly fee!

The Grove
The Grove is a breath of fresh air, literally! Located northern Texas on forty-five acres of rolling meadows filled with large oak trees, its private gated entrance makes it the perfect secluded paradise for your wedding. The owners choose to only host one wedding per day, allowing you a full day rental from 11am until midnight! Amenities included with the rental include private access to the Grove Event Building, both indoor and outdoor ceremony and reception sites, the ability to have an on-site engagement or bridal shoot with your photographer, chair and table rentals and more!
Capacity: 5-150 guests
Typical Cost: Packages start at $4,000
Bonus: The Grove offer a stunning Bridal suite, complete with floor to ceiling mirrors, wood floors, a master bridal bedroom, a kitchen and den area and more!

Farmers Branch Historical Park 1890s Church
Farmers Branch Historical Park has several different venue options on offer, but one of the more intimate ones is the 1890s church. This vintage little church is surrounded by neat brick walkways and well-manicured grounds. Originally created and used as a stop on the old Cotton Belt Rail line, it’s now used as a venue for weddings, meetings and reunions. Despite it being an older church, it is climate controlled so you and your guests will be comfortable while sitting in there no matter what time of year it is! Sixteen church pews line either side of the aisle way, while either a grand piano or a pump organ will be playing your wedding song as you walk up the aisle.

Typical Cost: Starting at $1,8000
Bonus: 50% discount on Wedding/Reception rates if utilizing $1,000 in Farmers Branch hotel/motel usage (room nights, room rental and/or catering)!
